we find a new house meeting with the criteria that you have selected.
- If you see a property that you wish to view you e-mail us.
- Discussing with
you and obtaining your approval as soon as suitable houses have been found.
- Arranging viewings of the different houses you have selected, so that
when you come over you don't waste time.
- Organizing your stay in Bordeaux ( picking you up at the airport, reservation in an hotel …)
- You are
not alone, we come with you until the signature of final agreement.
We are always happy to advise and help our clients - A 'one off fee' is charged
for the findahouse service.

This service includes:- Advising the utility companies, gas, electricity, water, and council tax, of the
change in occupancy.
A one ' off fee ' is charged for this service. - On your instructions we can organise repairs of your property. We will put things in
order with a team of established, reputable sub-contractors. Or we'll use your nominated list of contractors.
Our fee for this service is a small percentage plus VAT
based on the contractor's invoice.
We also can help you redecorate your house if you wish, linked to your budget.
